I love driving down to the Dead Sea and taking photographs there. This area is across from Kibbutz En Gedi and it looks different at different times. I took this set of photos in the late afternoon on my way home from a tour by Dr. Guy Stiebel who is directing the TAU dig at Masada.

The technical details – the photo was taken with a Nikon D850 camera in July 2020  (28mm, F13 at 1/160 sec).
